Three steps to a global friendship
Connect
Students are matched with an international partner based on age and language level, beginning their friendship through guided communication and weekly updates.
Collaborate & Learn
Through a collaborative project-based curriculum, students work together on creative projects and cultural activities using 50% English and 50% Spanish. Students share weekly updates through the platform and participate in a monthly video call with their international partner.
Grow
Students build confidence, develop global friendships, track achievements, and strengthen real-world language skills in a safe and supervised environment.

Language sticks when it's used for something real. Every month, friend pairs work on a fun project that mixes both languages and both cultures.

My International Friend is an educational initiative created by Mr. Jeff English, a language academy in Ecuador dedicated to helping young learners build confidence, strengthen communication skills, and create meaningful global connections through language learning.
